There will be 12 hours of yoga classes & workshops, hiking excursion to a temple, handpan meditative concert, plenty of time by the swimming pool to relax and unwind, meet other like minded people, as well as try out abundant, wholesome & delicious plant based cuisine.
This retreat is designed for nature lovers, yoga practitioners, movement enthusiasts or yoga teachers who'd like to meet new friends, rest and recharge, as well as learn and deepen their yoga and overall movement practice while being surrounded by nature in a safe and welcoming space.

Overview

Yoga Sessions & Workshops
8 sessions/workshops will include: Movement Exploration; Vinyasa Flow, Hip and Shoulder mobility; Healthy Spine Flow; Yin Yoga; Deconstructing more advanced arm balances and more.
Expect to have fun, playfully challenge yourself and learn something new every day!
Who are the teachers?
Ieva Luna - the founder of Moonlight Yoga Retreats, received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate in India and was deepening her yoga practice in Indonesia and China for several years. She has also completed a 30 hour Yin Yoga + Acupressure teacher training course, 12 hour training of 'Yoga as a therapy for Back Problems', 15 hours of Contemporary Yoga Flow training with A. Hocke and A. Husler as well as various workshops with Jenni Rawlings from Shoulder and Hip Applied Anatomy to Nervous System and Yoga practice. Ieva is also a certified CBT practitioner as well as had attended various courses on Non Violent Communication and NLP.

Retreat Space & the Surroundings
Imagine spending 5 days in picturesque Andalusian countryside, next to Viñuela turquoise lake, surrounded by mountains, rolling hills and gardens. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers to relax and refresh yourself; fully equipped open air yoga studio with big windows. It's a peaceful oasis to unwind and recharge. Night sky is full of stars as there is no light pollution, and each day we are gifted with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Our retreat villa is carefully designed with natural materials, wooden furniture and neutral colours.



Nourishment
Retreat chefs will be announced soon.
Expect the food to be made with love, and as always during Moonlight Yoga retreats the food will be nourishing, colourful, abundant and delicious. We will have three daily meals in a buffet style. The food is mostly gluten free and refined sugar free. It's also all plant based, except for the local eggs for breakfast. Every day we also enjoy a dessert!

Price is per person (p.p.) for 5 days of a retreat: 4 nights accommodation of your choice, all yoga sessions & workshops, activities, meals from welcome snack & dinner on the 14 of September to goodbye breakfast on the 18th of September (breakfast, lunch and dinner on other days), goodie bag, unlimited tea & coffee through out the day, pick up from and drop off to Malaga airport.
Staying in a twin room en suite bathroom (sharing with a friend or another retreat participant), all inclusive price is 1175€ p.p. 4 rooms available. If you are coming with two friends, there is a possibility to add the third bed to one of the rooms.
Staying in a room with one double bed and en suite bathroom (sharing with a friend/partner), all inclusive price is 1175€ p.p. (For a single occupancy 1595€. 1 room available
Master bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom (bathtub + outside shower), all inclusive price is 1250€ p.p. when sharing with a friend/partner. For a single occupancy 1655€. 1 room available
Price does not include: flights (check skyscanner.com for super good deals from the UK or any other European city to Malaga! Wizzair, Ryanair and Easy jet have good deals), insurance, optional activities (such as horse riding, massage), extra snacks, wine or soft drinks.

Logistics
Pick up and drop off is arranged for you from/to Malaga airport.
Pick up from Malaga airport will be around 14:30/15:00 on the 14th of September (TBC once all the arrival times are known).
Drop off to Malaga airport will be around 11:00 am on the 18th of September (leaving the retreat place at 10:00 am).
- For arrival we suggest to arrive in the morning or early afternoon on the 14th of September to Malaga's airport. Or to arrive one or few days earlier and to stay in Malaga and explore it's old town. Malaga's old town is beautiful and is a close metro or bus ride from the airport.
- For the departure on the 18th of September we suggest to find a flight later in the afternoon/ evening in order to enjoy the last yoga session and goodbye breakfast!
- Check out Ryanair, Wizzair, EasyJet, Vueling or British Airways for flights to Malaga from London or any other European airports.
Payment and Deposit
The payment can be made in full or a non refundable deposit of 300 euros can be made first to secure your spot and then the rest of the payment to be paid by the 10th of August, 2023 or the full payment to be made if the reservation is done after the 10th of August, 2023.
